When I meditate and lead meditations I feel at home and that’s a feeling I always want to share with others.

There are tools for everything, sometimes you need the whole toolbox, sometimes you just need one, and meditation is no exception… Here I share some of my own to help you strengthen your practice, take what works for you.

Remember that this is your journey, your path, only you know what’s best and only you can choose the way to walk it.

Space & Posture

Find your space and a posture where you feel the most comfortable; back straight, body relaxed and heart open.

Breath

Breath in and out through your nose, find your own rhythm and use your breath as an anchor to come back to the present moment.

Senses & Sensations

Integrate the different sensations that you feel and be aware of your senses; touch, smell and hearing.

Thoughts

Accept your thoughts and let them go, come back to your breath.

Be the Observant

Become the observer, without judgements, attachments and/or resistance.

Set an Intention

Dedicate this practice to something, someone or yourself.
